Our pigs are raised on wooded pasture and fed certified organic grain from Green Mountain Feeds in VT and our vegetables. A quarter of a pig is around 40 lbs of meat. You will receive a variety of cuts including: chops, sausages, fresh hams, roasts, steaks, and bacon. It is butchered and cryovac packaged at Trinity Meat Company, a USDA certified facility in western NY. A quarter is $10.25/lb for the weight of the meat you receive. Reserve now with a $100 deposit and then pay the remainder when you pick up. We can arrange a pick up time at your convenience at the farm.
