Purchase half of a Roxbury Farm CSA certified organic steer. $6.50 a lb hanging weight (includes butcher fee). Hanging weight of half of a steer would be between 300 and 350 lbs yielding 200 lbs to 240 lbs of beef. All the beef is professionally cut, frozen, and in cryovac packaging. A 5 to 7 cubic ft freezer is recommended to store the beef. Pick up at the farm only. Reserve now with a $100 deposit for April or May 2025 pick up.
