Purchase a whole Roxbury Farm CSA certified organic steer. $6.00 lb hanging weight (includes butcher fee). A normal steer is 600-650 lbs hanging weight and yields around 350 - 400 lbs of beef. All the beef is professionally cut, frozen, and in cryovac packaging. A 12 to 15 cubic ft freezer is recommended to store the beef. Pick up at the farm only. Reserve now with a $100 deposit for April or May 2024 pick up. We will send you an email with more information once we receive your deposit.
