Roxbury Farm grew the vegetables during the season and had the Farm to Table Processing Company in Kingston, NY process and freeze them for winter eating. Farm to Table Processing Company is a small business developed to help Hudson Valley farmers have product to sell year round. This winter we are offering green beans and Kabocha squash puree. We will send an invoice with your order and then you send a check to Roxbury Farm PO Box 338, Kinderhook, NY 12106. Thank you.
