We offer pork, lamb,beef, and chicken shares from animals raised on Roxbury Farm.  You can find out more information about our livestock by clicking on this link: Pastured and Grassfed Livestock.  You can purchase one share or all four (or multiples of each).  Each type of meat share will be divided into 3 deliveries (except the chicken shares). We will notify you when a delivery is coming to your CSA site.  The meat comes frozen in vacuum sealed packages.  Our beef, pork, and lamb are all Animal Welfare Approved (AWA).

Enrollment form for Beef, Pork & Lamb shares.

Beef Share:  5 lbs ground beef, 2 lbs steaks for grilling, 2 lbs steaks for braising, 3 lbs roast, 1 lb stew meat or soup bone, 2 lbs short ribs and 2 lbs Farmer's Choice.  This is about 17 lbs of beef for $145.

Pork Share: 3 lbs sausage, 2 lbs smoked bacon, 3 lbs roast, 2 lbs ground pork, 4 lbs pork chops and 2 lbs Farmer's Choice.  This is about 15 lbs of pork for $135.

Lamb Share: 2 lbs ground lamb, 2 lbs lamb stew meat, 2 lbs lamb shanks, 3 lbs leg of lamb, 1.5 lbs rack of lamb or loin roast and 4 lbs lamb chops.  This is about 15 lbs lamb for $150.

Chicken Shares:  Chicken shares are available for orders.  Under "Our Products" above, click on Chicken Shares to place your order.  Each share is 5 whole birds: one delivered each month from July to November.  Each share is $130.
